Russell brings more than 16 years of industry experience and holds the distinction of Board Certified Master Arborist and Qualified Tree Risk Assessor through the International Society of Arboriculture, as well as Certified Urban and Community Forester through the Society of American Foresters. He has deep expertise in geospatial software, urban forestry planning, asset management, arboriculture and risk assessment. Russell combines this technical proficiency with proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including municipal departments, state agencies, contractors, environmental teams, and executive leadership, ensuring that project protocols, communications, priority areas, and final data deliverables are aligned with client objectives from start to finish.

Russell was born and raised in Connecticut and now resides in New York. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Plant Pathology from the University of Maine and also holds a Graduate Certificate in Urban Forestry from Oregon State University. He manages all tree inventory and risk assessment projects, conducts site and tree-specific evaluations, designs planting plans, compiles summary reports, and prepares project deliverables. With arboriculture and urban forestry experience spanning multiple regions of the country, Russell provides reliable consulting work, risk assessment, and data collection expertise backed by both industry credibility and adherence to technical standards.
